CopperPoint is seeking to hire a Policy Contract Center Representative. This position will deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced contact center environment, while investigating and responding to incoming policy telephone inquiries, faxes, and emails. This includes inquiries from new/existing policyholders, agents/brokers, claimants, DOI, attorneys, NCCI, and the Industrial Commission of Arizona (ICA). Effectively utilize knowledge of Workers' Compensation laws, rules and regulations and company policy and procedures to build stellar customer relationships. Answer questions regarding policy inquiries and updates in a timely and accurate manner.
